Katy Bird


My name is Katy Bird.
People get so excited when they meet me for the first time and find out that I am a hypnotherapist, they are full of questions like "Can you make me cluck like a chicken?" and "does it really work?". I love talking to people about my profession, after all who wouldn't want to tell everyone that they love their job and just how satisfying it is to really help people.
As a certified conversational hypnotherapist I use a combination of hypnosis and counselling to affect profound changes in peoples lives. 
On a daily basis, I work with people from all walks of life who just want to feel better, they might want to change a habit like overeating or smoking, or they may be suffering from anxiety or depression and find that they need to regain control of their lives. I see people who can't sleep and those that sleep too much. I help people who struggle to maintain relationships, and those who want to do better at work. I have helped people overcome phobias and fears and others that just need motivation. I work with blended families to help both parents and children find their place in a new family structure.
This profession is so diverse that I am yet to meet someone who would not benefit from my services. Whether the change you want to make is big or small hypnotherapy can and will help you change your future, and as as all of my clients know I just love helping you be the best you, you can be.
